Rider Fitness Evening
Join us for an exciting Rider Fitness Evening, proudly organised and delivered by our talented Level 3 students as part of their course!
This event is designed to help you improve your rider fitness — both on and off the horse. You’ll take part in two 45-minute sessions, each focused on developing different aspects of your riding performance.
Session 1 – Rider Fitness with Caroline West (Unmounted)
Get your body ride-ready! Caroline will guide you through exercises to identify and strengthen weaker areas, improve core stability, and set achievable fitness goals tailored to your riding needs.
Session 2 – Riding to Improve Fitness with Sam Jarvis (Mounted)
Take your fitness into the saddle with Sam! This session focuses on how your physical fitness influences your riding position, balance, and overall performance. Using poles and other engaging exercises, Sam will also help you enhance your horse’s way of going while improving your own strength and coordination.
To ensure a personal learning experience, group sizes are limited to just four riders, allowing for plenty of one-to-one time with both coaches.
