I am very excited to be working along side Craven Arena to be able to offer a series of short courses in stable management topics over the winter months. 

The short course will run on the college yard using the fantastic new facilities of Craven Arena. 

These evenings will be run by myself, Sam Jarvis equine coaching. BHS stage 4 senior coach and stage 5 performance center manager. As a BHS APC any evenings which cover exam topics that require skill book signing off this can also be covered as part of the training. 

This programme offers a series of short courses designed to develop key equine management skills through practical, hands-on learning. Each session will begin with a yard induction. 

Minimum Age Requirement: 14 years  
PPE: Full personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. This is to be provided by participants, hats, gloves, suitable clothes and yard boots. 

Our first evening will cover clipping and trimming. As a part of this you will have hands on practice at clipping and trimming.

The courses will run 6.30pm – 8.30pm at the craven college equine unit.

Each session will combine practical demonstrations with supervised hands-on experience. The aim is to provide participants with essential, real-world equine management skills suitable for beginners and developing learners alike.  

Please read through the code of conduct before attending the clinic and each participant must complete a rider reg form via the link below before the clinic date. (Even for none riding clinics)

All prices include the price of the hire.
