😃 Fun Pole Fitness 😃 Pole Fitness sessions with Ashley Ward.  BHS Accredited Professional Coach and BD Recognised Coach.  These sessions are beneficial for any horse and rider combination of all levels.  Perfect clinic for young riders too having fun and enjoying schooling their ponies  They consist  of exercises to both test and improve your horses rhythm, balance, suppleness, straightness, co-ordination , core strength and much much more.  Also improves riders balance , coordination of the aids and the ability to assess their horse’s imbalance and asymmetry .  Basically circuit training for you and your horse and it’s also great fun too .  Lessons will be in groups of 3 for an hour at a cost of £37pp Payment required on booking. CANCELLATION POLICY : Refunds can only be paid if your space can be filled.
